Before you start

Load your library

library(ptm)

Make sure you are connected

1. connect to ubc VPN (instructions on ther server)
2. connect to server
3. have access to the ptm masterlist (ask Patrick for access)

These functions were developed based on code from the PTM masterlist cleaning repo

Update the sequences columns

masterlist_update_seq()

Update the photos column

masterlist_update_photo()

Update the masterlist with new columns
